Believing our experiences in faith, relationships and personal struggles all evoke similar emotions, he strives to capture these stories told in parallel. His music reflects what we experience in life, simplicity juxtaposed with the complex. His melding textures and melodies communicate a story that we all relate to in our own way.

You will find JJ playing keys in the band at church or behind the sound board. If not there, you may find him on a nature hike along the Front Range, on a bike ride, or grabbing a cup of coffee. He is a husband and a father of two boys.
